FishingPro is a part of Pacific Promotions NZ, a respected family business of 20 years standing.
As a fanatical fisherman for 45 years, Marlin fishing would rank as my favourite way to spend time at sea, but I would still probably sneak a small hook into the water to catch a Pilchard whilst away on holiday!
I derive great pleasure from helping anglers realise their dreams in catching the "big one" that all we anglers dream about. I pride myself in my honesty and integrity in doing my utmost to help my clients achieve their goals, with luck and the weather the only things left to chance!
Having owned a number of boats over the years, which included time spent fishing commercially, it is true to say that the sea is where I feel most at home.
I am keen to see youngsters becoming involved with the sea, which has given me so much pleasure for so many years. Not only do I see it as preferable to computer games and texting on cell phones, but it also offers an education in nature and the environment.
Let's hope pollution prevention and the conservation and management of fish stocks result in this joy remaining available to all for years to come.
