Renowned Captain, Gary Barnett, used his years of experience in operating a wide variety of game fishing boats on the New Zealand coast to assist the illustrious designers/builders of "Levante" (Assegai Marine), with the layout, fishing capabilities and engineering on the vessel to achieve the highest standards possible.

Used his years of experience in operating a variety of both private and charter game fishing boats on the New Zealand coast to assist the designer/builder of "Levante" with the layout, fishing capabilities and engineering on the vessel to achieve the highest standards possible.
Over the years "Barney" has specialised in live-aboard multi-day cruising/fishing charters and can offer hosting and catering to meet the most discerning standards as evidenced by the many repeat customers who have returned to fish with him annually for more than 20 years.
